As these are digital and customized services, they cannot be returned once work has started.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Payment was made twice due to a technical error.
• We are unable to begin your project after accepting your order.
• The service cannot be delivered because of our fault.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Services

You may request cancellation before work begins. Once the project has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted, and charges may apply based on the work completed.

5. Revisions

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If your selected service includes revisions, we will make reasonable changes according to the original project requirements. Requests outside the agreed scope may require additional charges.
